The Mighty Bones Project is a specialized program designed to support individuals living with—or at risk of—osteopenia or osteoporosis. Led by Dr. Chelsea Moehlenbrock, PT, DPT, this 12-week strength training series combines science-based techniques with expert guidance to help participants safely build stronger bones and lasting confidence.
