There are options for continuing supervised strength training after completing The Mighty Bones Project in order to support your long-term journey building and maintaining bone density and improving overall health and well-being.

Yes! Every participant receives a private intake session with the physical therapist to tailor support and understanding of individual needs.

Group size is kept small — 4 to 6 people per cohort — to ensure personalized attention and accountability.

You’ll have access to at-home exercises through an app and 24/7 gym access to practice safely between sessions.

Participants train twice a week in small group sessions (about 75–90 minutes each) at Ascension Fitness Studio in Grand Junction, CO.
