The program was designed and is overseen by Dr. Chelsea Moehlenbrock, PT, DPT, and is delivered in partnership with Ascension Fitness Studio.

What if my energy or recovery changes?

No. GLP-1 Strength Lab provides fitness instruction and general education. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe or manage medication, or provide individualized nutrition counseling.
