The program includes individualized exercise modifications and progressions. Trainers can help you adjust your activity based on changes in energy, appetite, and recovery.
What if my energy or recovery changes?

No. GLP-1 Strength Lab provides fitness instruction and general education. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe or manage medication, or provide individualized nutrition counseling.
