Did you know that osteoporosis is a silent bone weakening condition that often shows no symptoms until a fracture happens? As we age — especially after menopause — bone density naturally declines, increasing fracture risk and loss of independence.

Strength training isn’t just for muscles — it stimulates bone-forming cells, helps maintain and even build bone density, and reduces fracture risk by strengthening the skeleton and improving balance.

On February 19th, Ascension Fitness Studio is hosting an Osteoporosis Workshop with Kinetic Wellness, PLLC, where we’ll share safe, evidence-based strength training strategies specifically designed to support bone health.
