I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification and over three years of coaching experience. My athletic background includes competing in football, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, and basketball — experiences that shaped my approach to performance, discipline, and mental toughness.

My strength has increased like crazy since working with Christopher. I’m hitting PR’s I never thought I would, thanks to his motivation and knowledge. I would absolutely recommend working with him to get better in every way.

My training style is high-energy, functional, and purpose-driven.

I focus on building real-world strength that carries over into everyday life, athletic performance, and long-term health.

I’m always willing to think outside the box and design creative training programs that align with each client’s individual goals.

My core approach is helping clients become stronger both mentally and physically — while truly understanding how their body moves and how to train with confidence. I enjoy working with highly motivated individuals who are committed to growth, regardless of where they’re starting.

I became a personal trainer because I love being part of people’s progress. Helping clients become stronger, more confident, and more accomplished is what makes this work meaningful to me. I’m always striving to improve myself, challenge my limits, and give 100% in every session.
