Exercise and movement have been part of my life since I was five years old, thanks to my mom, who always included me in her workouts. I’ve always loved moving with friends and family and seeing how exercise positively impacts their lives, both physically and mentally. Becoming a personal trainer allows me to share that joy and support others as they build strength, confidence, and reach goals they may not have thought possible.
My goal is to help people who want to feel better and stronger in their bodies—but aren’t sure how to get there. Let’s rediscover movement that feels empowering and doable.
I love to move my body, and I love when it moves without pain—when my knees don’t hurt and I can run, jump, and play freely. I also know what it’s like to live with inflammation and joint pain that make movement feel harder than it should. Along the way, I’ve learned practical, sustainable ways to reduce pain, improve mobility, and build real strength.
I train the person in front of me. While every client has a plan built around their goals, my job is to adapt that plan to fit the individual—not force the individual to fit the plan. Training is always adjusted based on how your body moves, feels, and responds over time.

“I’ve only had one session with Amanda so far, but wow — she completely kicked my butt (in the best way!). I wasn’t expecting it since I regularly lift weights with Anthony, but this was a totally different kind of challenge. We did mostly bodyweight and light-weight exercises, but the higher frequency and cardio focus made it surprisingly intense. She introduced me to new movements and techniques I hadn’t tried before and helped me understand how to engage stabilizer muscles I’d been overlooking.
It was such a refreshing change-up to my usual routine, and I loved her energy and insight. I was literally shaky through half the workout — proof that she knows how to push you in all the right ways. I’d definitely train with her again!”
